You're passionate and mission-driven, chasing after your dreams and hustling so hard to make your vision a reality. You love what you do, yet you're frustrated you’re still not where you want to be.
You want to be successful, happy, and free - and make a positive impact on others. You want to live a life that's true to yourself and be at your best. But... you're stretched too thin and overwhelmed by all your dreams, ideas, and endless to-do lists.
It seems like there are never enough hours in the day. You're so busy, yet you never get enough done. Maybe you’re not sure what to prioritize or focus on, so your focus is scattered or you feel "all over the place.” You're frustrated with all the half-finished projects and endless to-do lists... not to mention fitting in exercise, healthy eating, relaxation, hobbies and fun, and quality time with the people you love.
Balance and self-care sound great in theory, but you struggle to follow through with them. Some days, it seems like the only way to achieve your goals is to push yourself through and double down on the hustle, but then you sacrifice your wellbeing in the process and you know it's not sustainable.
You want to enjoy what you do, rather than battling with yourself to get it all done or sacrificing yourself and the amazing life you desire. You’re ready to move to your next level and see your vision through. And to experience inner peace, calm, and joy in the process!
Because frantic hustle and overwhelm?
They're not good for you or for business.
And it doesn't have to be so hard.
Most of us have been taught that success requires us to power through, push ourselves, and do more, more, more, no matter the toll it takes. That success requires suffering and major sacrifice, like giving up your quality free time, putting all your time and energy into the hustle, and prioritizing it over everything else, including your own well-being. There’s so much glorification of busy!!
I'm here to tell you that isn't true. The kind of deeply fulfilling, high quality of life you truly desire doesn't come from non-stop, frantic hustle. In truth, that often backfires and leads to frustration, discontentment, and burn out.
It can cause you to take misaligned action, overwork, and stretch yourself way too thin, wasting time and energy "busy" doing things that still don’t get you the results you want because you're doing them from a place of frantic hustle, not vibrant energy.
Accomplishing goals requires taking action (it's true), but it doesn't have to feel like straining and striving or pushing up against a wall! It doesn't have to leave you questioning whether it's even worth it, doubting yourself, ignoring your wellbeing or relationships, or feeling bad about yourself for not achieving what you want or not doing it fast enough.
